Ha! I had the same thought. They killed a lot of walkers within the territory

episode 15 ends with the "fair" and episode 16 starts with everyone leaving and the town burned. with them all walking through a snow storm for the entire episode.

I get that every now and again you gotta jump back in time to tell a little bit of back story.

but damn this spring season has spent more time jumping around its so frustrating.

I don't mind having to think a little bit about a tv show, but i might have to start taking notes

Did someone at AMC push play on the wrong episode...

now I guess I gotta hang around to figure out why they lost the town...

I'm still watching, but yes - TWD most definitely jumped the shark around season 7 or 8. It was SO good up until "King Ezekiel" entered the picture, and then it just became a big joke. The whole "kingdom" shtick and Ezekiel's Shakespearean speech affectation is like nails on a blackboard for me. Thankfully, he isn't talking like that as much anymore, but now we have "Queen Carol"???? WTF. She even signed the charter with that title. So absurd.

The time jumps are getting confusing, I agree. I guess now they're going to have to go back and show us what happened at the "kingdom" (gaaaah) and why it burned down.

Basically, the only reason I'm still watching is Daryl. The man can do no wrong.
