We need consolidation. BRYC and FCV.

Both clubs consider themselves destination clubs. I don't think either would give up an inch to the other.

According to ECNL app the U17 team beat McLean week one. If that isn't the case then they are 2-16 with only the U18/19 team having any wins. And those wins come against Richmond and VDA which are teams in the building stages.

Maybe BRYC should combine with VDA?

Maybe before USSF came in and exploded the whole ystem and walked away. They truly damaged so much

Clubs that don't need to merge will not entertain it

Half of BRYC players are Loudoun and PWC kids. That pipeline drying up will cause more hardships.

This is a good idea. Two mediocre clubs might be able to form one good club.

Maybe Bryc should staff should follow Mikey and give the club a fresh start. Re-brand new colors maybe yellow and black. New name Braddock United FC. Wipe the politics clean from the club. Make a group of technical leaders 1 European, 1 South American. 1 from Sierra Leone , and 1 from the USA. Everyone pays a flat fee across the club. every staff salary as well as every club expense is published on the club website. Players and staff are held accountable to each other. No coach will be double scheduled and miss a teams game in favor of another team. Every player will attend every training or WILL NOT get playing time in games. Injured players will be required to attend both games and training to provide support to their team. Truly turn this into a destination club.

The issue us dilution. When you have McLean, Arlington, FCV, Bethesda and Loudoun within 45 minutes, BRYC will not compete with those clubs for talent. It is best to merge.

How do you ensure no coach is double booked when your club does control the schedule for every event?
