Is VDA ECNL the same as BRYC ECNL because it looks like they won the top bracket of U14 Discovery Cup?

Results on the discovery webpage, u10s elite bryc elite looked like they did very well. the u10 blue bryc elite did not but played in the same bracket. Isnt this an academy? Anyone with any insight?

ECNL starts at U13

U13 ECNL is a strong bunch. U14 ECNL is a good team but not on the same level as other local ECNL teams. Notice, U14 ECNL teams (Bethesda, VDA, MUFC, MYS) were in the top bracket of WAGS and Discovery. They have potential but are not at that level today.
