Genuine question, why do you have an AP if you're having regular sex with your spouse?

Why does anybody have an AP? Marital distress. Not because we aren't having sex, obviously. Because I fell out of love and out of like and felt betrayed (by him). AP is winding down, though. Can't see that lasting too much longer. Not because I don't love him, I do. But because I can't sustain this. And staying married is probably better for the family, children, me.

we're mid-40s, 3 kids (teens), attractive and in-shape. We usually go 1-2x week and that's not as often as I would like to have it (surprise, I'm the DH).

Sure. We do all have marital distress. I handled my distress my way. You handle your distress your way. Thanks for understanding.
