Yes, likely.

Yes, I would think so!

Does Cabin John feed i to Pyle? If so, double check with your elementary school because Pyle gave them the letters for all the accepted students. Our elementary school sent them out with the report cards. For whatever reason no one seems to be talking about it at school although some parents must be asking questions because we received a note yesterday to direct all questions to Pyle.

Thanks, but Cabin John is also a MS. Pyle is clearly more organized though!

Sorry, I thought it was an elementary school.

My guess is that cabin John is working on it but it takes time. Making all the scheduling pieces fit together takes a lot of strategizing....

Check on the online middle school registration. It was updated days before we got the letter.

Any schools besides Pyle receive the letters yet?

Not at Pyle, haven't received a letter and don't know of anyone else receiving one either.

How did you receive the letter? Mail, thru ES school?

NBMS letters came in mail, from NBMS. I have heard from a few others that their letters had arrived too. I don’t know if everyone gets a letter or just those accepted into one of the classes.

Just the latter, I think.

Anyone get a letter from RPMS?

Are these the same classes offered at Takoma or Eastern or are they toned down?

My profound sympathy to all parents who are still at MCPS. So sorry. So very, very sorry for your plight.

You are sorry MCPS is now offering accelerated classes to more middle school students? This is actually good news. I know we are supposed to complain about everything here but it is hard to consider this bad before it even starts.

Where did you go and is it better?
