Men like this aren't stupid.

They target people who can't fight back while acting "respectable" in front of people who they need to be on good terms with. I doubt very much that Matt was harassing Katie, who was already a bigger star than he was. And I doubt that he was doing anything obviously inappropriate in front of people who were in a position to call him out without fearing for their own livelihood.
