+1 Also, I am scratching my head at all the people portraying the FBI, (our premier law enforcement agency) of all places as a hotbed of Democratic intrigue I think it is telling that this administration and its supporters praise every other law enforcement force (police officers, customs agents, ICE agents) except for the one law enforcement agency that is looking into corruption and worse on the part of the admin. We've seen this before in the 1970s. We also saw the same people attacking the CIA earlier this year when it was apparent that the CIA was privy to information about questionable contacts with Russians. |
Trust me, if Mueller is fired, there will be open rebellion at the FBI. So, no. |
Nope. There are plenty of hardworking, trustworthy, honest patriots at the FBI. Lots of them. So, why Mueller chose Strzok is a bit baffling. But, this thread is actually about Bruce G. Ohr. A DOJ (not FBI) official who met with Fusion GPS AND with Christopher Steele. I know it gets confusing as we find out more about the government workers - several of them - who appear to have conflicts with their roles and the special counsel investigation. |
|
Exactly. |
And when Mueller fires the agent in question on the day he found out about it, then what still needs to be cleaned up? Seems to me there would be an issue if Mueller hadn't removed the agent from the case. He did, so why is this still an issue? |
Lots of questions remain. A few off the top of my head: - What influence did he have while he WAS part of the special counsel? - Was he indeed the one who changed the wording on the letter Comey wrote which exonerated Clinton? What influence did he have regarding Comey’s decision to not seek charges? - Were the texts the ONLY reason he was removed? - Was it Strzok who sought a FISA warrant based on the dossier? - What was the reason Ohr met with Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS? - Why was Ohr’s wife hired by Fusion GPS? What was her role? - Why is the FBI stonewalling instead of turning over documents to Congress? - Did the FBI pay for the dossier? And, there are many more. This is just a start. |
Because he was obligated to let Congress know. And they continue to stonewall |
1. Who else besides Flynn did the agent interview? How biased were his interviews? 2. Did the FBI pay for the dossier along with the Clinton campaign? If so, did this agent have anything to do with this? 3. Did this agent use the dossier to get FISA warrants to get information on Americans who worked for the Trump campaign? While it is okay to have political opinions, it appears that this agent let those opinions influence him. This is a huge problem and taints the whole thing--in fact, was this dossier the "insurance" plan? If so, then Mueller needs to shut down shop as the whole Russian collusion issue is a sham investigation. Further, how much did this agent have to do with HRC getting off the hook? It appears to be quite a bit--but this is not part of Mueller's investigation from what I can tell. Other issues with the investigation are the lawyer who went to Hillary's Election night party. That indicates more involvement with politics than "opinions". Especially, since he wrote an "Ata girl" to Sally Yates. Another lawyer on Mueller's team worked for the Clinton Foundation. That appears to be a conflict of interest here that surpasses political preference. I don't think Ohr was working for Mueller, but he did have a responsible DOJ job. His wife worked for FUSION. Did this have influence from DOJ? This is a can of worms. |
Flynn pled guilty to a leaser charge already. Why would he plead anything if he was innocent?
Really, you all are barking up the wrong tree on all of this and are falling hook, line and sinker for one of the most dastardly propoganda and anti-American campaigns ever. |
These are all relevant questions. Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe, is due to testify next week. He has many questions to respond to. Should be an interesting day for him. http://dailycaller.com/2017/12/15/fbis-mccabe-to-face-house-panel-next-week-where-hell-be-grilled-over-strzoks-cryptic-texts/ |
Don't get too distracted. Remember, the FBI are the good guys. The FBI are not the bad guys. |
PP didn’t say anything about the FBI being the bad guys. When you have a rogue agent, you need to take action. Even great agencies have people who need to be held accountable for poor decisions. |
PP thinks that Mueller and every single person on his team are rogue agents. And probably Rosenstein, McCabe, and every person at the FBI or DOJ that PP knows by name and every person that PP does not know by name, too. |
PP did not say that. There are others who have questionable connections. You would think with all the attorneys there are in DC, Mueller could have found others who did not have direct connections to Hillary, her foundation, and her campaign. Weissman (DOJ) attended what was supposed to be Hillary’s victory party. He was the same person who emailed Sally Yates praising her. If you don’t sense a bit of bias here, you’re out of touch.
