1.  Who else besides Flynn did the agent interview?  How biased were his interviews?
2.  Did the FBI pay for the dossier along with the Clinton campaign?  If so, did this agent have anything to do with this?
3.  Did this agent use the dossier to get FISA warrants to get information on Americans who worked for the Trump campaign?

While it is okay to have political opinions, it appears that this agent let those opinions influence him.  This is a huge problem and taints the whole thing--in fact, was this dossier the "insurance" plan?  If so, then Mueller needs to shut down shop as the whole Russian collusion issue is a sham investigation.

Further, how much did this agent have to do with HRC getting off the hook?  It appears to be quite a bit--but this is not part of Mueller's investigation from what I can tell.

Other issues with the investigation are the lawyer who went to Hillary's Election night party.  That indicates more involvement with politics than "opinions".  Especially, since he wrote an "Ata girl" to Sally Yates.
Another lawyer on Mueller's team worked for the Clinton Foundation.  That appears to be a conflict of interest here that surpasses political preference.

I don't think Ohr was working for Mueller, but he did have a responsible DOJ job.  His wife worked for FUSION.  Did this have influence from DOJ?

Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe, is due to testify next week.  He has many questions to respond to.  Should be an interesting day for him.
