But this is not a medical procedure with any benefit for the women, other than a momentary, relatively small monetary one (most girls involved in porn don't make any real money at all, and basically break even). It's bodily abuse for the sake of bodily abuse. There is no benefit, except for the men watching who apparently get off on female pain and humiliation.
