indeed. and they are making those bad choices of their own volition. can't legislate against being stupid (though I wish we could)

True. But the very moment they turn 18 years-old, they are seen as "adults" for purposes of appearing in porn.

So? That is the agreed upon age. If you think it should be older, then by all means, change the law.

Let's face it ladies. These women do what they want. They want to sell their bodies because it's easier than clocking in.

Making bad choices =/= excuse rape. Or shouldn't, anyway.

Meh there are so many actual problems to be upset about.

I saw a porno where the woman looked drugged. The guy dragged her down a hallway and then dunked her head in the toilet. Then he raped her. She looked completely out of it and it did not look consensual.

I've got a shocking revelation for ya'll, the overwhelming majority of these companies, which are actual, legitimate companies, have legal representation and lawyers nearby.

There are multiple layers that must be adhered to before supposedly leaked videos are distributed, re, Kim K's porno.

100% legally cleared in advance by the K Klan.

But what about the random guy posting a video on the internet? You've got to be naive to think all internet porn is being manufactured by a company .

I think about the increased prevalence of violent and degrading acts in porn, and think about the young guys (and young girls) watching it and normalizing it.

I feel sick when I see how common it's become to slap the woman, pull her hair, spit on her, and make her gag. This was considered insanely degrading and misogynist in my youth, and we would have been up and out the door if a guy did that. (I'm not talking about relationships based on s&m.)

I agree this is a huge problem and I'm much more concerned about this than the airhead prostitutes that make the films happen.

When I was dating, I met an alarming number of guys who preferred porn over a real woman. My female friends have experienced this, too. I find that troubling.

This is an argument that porn itself is harmful, and I agree that it can be actually harmful. That's a separate issue.

I don't agree that the actors need to be prevented from acting in porn films for their own good, but that doesn't mean I dismiss them as "airhead prostitutes". Whether they are savvy, desperate, smart, or dumb, it is probably not their first choice. Neither were they coerced or trafficked. They would probably be happier to be acting in porn movies that are less extreme.

Or when a guy thinks sex should be like porn. Why do you want me to keep my shoes on and why did you just slap my vagina?

The domain or website wouldn't allow it, unless all parties have cleared waivers. They'd be held legally liable if they didn't take precautions.

Why would you find that alarming? Guys want sex in a relationship, females want other things. Just read through this forum, you will see how many women treat sex as a reward/punishment for the guy.

Oh jeez. Are you arguing for the sake of arguing or do you not understand what PP is talking about?
