The Donner Party redux. |
Does using suction and a scraper to rip a fetus limb from limb qualify as almost child abuse? |
Pro-freedom? WTF does that mean? And who exactly is opposed to freedom aside from the NRA and its supporters, who apparently think it's OK for innocent children to be massacred by high-velocity weapons with large magazines? Get back to us when there's a single clinic in the state -- which happens to be several hundred miles away -- where you can buy your guns. |
Nope. |
No woman was put on this earth to be a broodmare for any barren infertile woman. You can't have kids, nobody's problem but yours. |
Nonwhite children, and AAs in particular, have much lower rates of adoption than white children and thus are more likely to find themselves in foster care. |
Then what are you doing? Every pro-choice person who argues about this is trying to force their beliefs on others who believe abortion is murder. You need to put that bullshit aside if you want to effectively argue your position. I am pro-choice, BTW, but not as cavalier about it as some. Anyone who is cavalier about this and thinks it is ONLY about women's bodies is a bit of an ass. I find pro-choice people who hide behind the argument that abortion does not kill a human being to be cowardly. Once you are pregnant, this is about the rights of the baby vs. the rights of the woman. Pro-choice people think the rights of the woman trump the rights of the baby. Pro-life think the opposite. And never the twain shall meet. |
I actually Marched twice in the snow. Once in college and once in grad school. There was great camaraderie. For the one when I was in college, the night before, we slept on the floors of various Catholic U students and something happened to the building's heat during the night. The girl got up and gave me her quilt because I was shivering in my sleeping bag. I can't recall her name, but I'll always remember that kindness. The time in grad school that it snowed, I had my toddler with me. People took turns carrying her for me because she didn't like the feeling of the snow crunching under her boots. |
And have no idea of the implications of their march or what they are demonstrating against. I am so glad my Catholic schools never participated in this nonsense. |
FFS. Maybe Hsllmark can make your transcendental experience a movie of the week. I'm not going to comment on the decisionmaking which leads to taking a toddler to a pro-life march. |
The pro-choicers aren't trying to force anything on those who are anti-abortion. If they believe abortion is murder, then they are perfectly free to not have abortions. |
Your murdered human child deserves right to life until she chooses otherwise. Not you. |
Forcing a woman to give birth is also abuse. |
How is abortion not abuse of mother AND child? After the abortion, some women are infertile. |
No, they aren't, at least not at any greater rate than any other woman who develops secondary infertility. You know what does cause infertility? Non-sterile abortions by unlicensed, non-skilled providers. You know, like pre Roe v Wade. It's these boneheaded, demonstrably untrue statements that make anti-choicers look like big ol' liars. |
