I see my deceased husband on a regular basis, so I don't know what to tell you. I thought I was crazy, until two other people witnessed seeing him while with me. OP, I see this as going one of two ways. Either your DH's family is trying to steal the house out from under you and planting haunted house type dreams a la Scooby Doo.

OR, a medium was contacted by the dead cousin and she called the POD company for him a la Whooping Goldberg in Ghost.

Either way, I strongly suggest you renew your Netflix subscription.

OP - if you are for real, get a real medium to come to the house and channel your cousin.

I believe in this stuff; not sure about OP's story but in general honestly believe this stuff does happen. I know too many "normal and rational people" who have had "visitations" from beyond.
