It is so easy to get 100% disability. People who served 4 years as a supply clerk get 100% disability. Google 100% disability videos. There are about 1.4 million vets with 100% disability.

You can keep beating this drum but he's made himself very accessible and we can all hear him talk, think on the fly in interviews and long form conversations. He's better at it than most politicians. Not concerned about his mental faculties.
