| The virulent posts on this thread demonstrate HOW SCARED the GOP is of Platner. This is going to be a very ugly race, but Platner is going to win. Maine is tired of Sue Collins, and they like Platner. He will win. |
+1 F Trump F MAGA |
The only "virulent" posts on this thread are by obvious LWNJs who are physically incapable of writing anything without profanity. Other virulent posts - the words of Platner himself. But sure, the GOP (and moderate Democrats, btw) are super duper scared of the little reptile that is Platner. Good luck to you. You're going to need it. |
So virulent! |
| Wow. Republicans are scared. Platner is going to win! |
NP How is this clueless? I agree. Kavanaugh was a TERRIBLE decision that has far reaching consequences |

+1 And why wouldn't they be scared. Platner holds 7 point lead over Collins in new Maine Senate poll. And he's everything that Collins is not--young, articulate, a veteran, and an advocate for working class people. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5887910-platner-leads-collins-maine-poll/ |
This doesn’t sound good for Platner.
Can’t wait to hear what the further skeletons are! I’ve suspected all along that Platner’s time on Cap Hill bartending at the Tune Inn and rubbing shoulders with politicos would mean some would know things about Platner he might not like dredged up by oppo researchers. I predicted it several pages back, in fact. Platner might very well regret stepping into the arena. |
Nobody wants to click on your sketchy youtube garbage and Susan Collins is still down 9 points in Maine despite a huge incumbency advantage. Spend more time reading actual news sources, and maybe people will find your opinions worth listening too. |
‘Worth listening too’? At least I have facility with the language, bub.
There’s nothing sketchy about political pundits on YouTube, bub. And there is certainly nothing sketchy about Mark Halperin:
|
Are you unironically saying “there is certainly nothing sketchy about Mark Halperin”? Maybe go a little further along in that biography, wondering why he no longer works at any of those places. 🤔 |
He certainly seems very well qualified to talk about a US Senate candidate who talks about intoxicated women as a bunch of holes that men can exploit however they like. |
