That data is current. The Chicago “latest” CDS is only an estimate, and is only 33% for first year students. You don’t want to go there… |
Or maybe this is part of Chicago’s “take 80% of class ED” strategy? |
Provide the cite for all four schools above and maybe we can talk. I make a policy not to engage with people who have already been proven to be wrong unless the provide the cite to back up their latest claim. I accept your apology for your ignorance. |
Go ask your friend, “If 80% of class is taken ED — as opposed to 45% — how would that impact the variance?” I think we all know the answer. |
Wait. I thought that this post was supposed to end Chicago haters once and for all. |
If these people ever had a thought about the actual education or experience, it would die of loneliness. They stick to what they are most comfortable with which is presenting themselves as the most vacuous college commentators on the internet. |
Many people here have pointed out that Chicago had to admit it was $6 billion in the hole in 2025. It’s been slashing those departments, programs and letting PhD students go ever since. Google it. My U of Chicago friends are livid their once fine institution has come to this. They are livid over the extreme marketing to Improve yield. They are livid with EO, ED1 and ED2. |
