I’m voting next week and abortion is not important criteria to me.

Really hope MM is right - infant and maternal mortality rates are up in the red states with abortions - it is literally a matter of life and death for many women .

Reality check about whether it's even possible to reinstate Roe. Just because Kamala Harris says she's going to wave her wand and reinstate Roe does not mean that's how things will work. This is just one more "promise" Harris has pulled out of her ass which will not come true.

She can't unilaterally bring back Roe. She needs Congress to pass something and that will never happen with a divided Congress. Just more absurd promises with no basis in reality.

Reality check that Trump WILL reinstate a 200 year old law called Comstock and immediately put a stop to all abortions across the country. No need to even deal with congress. Reality check that Trump will seat 2 justices ( Thomas and Alito will retire) that will be in their 30’s or 40’s that will be on the court for decades, making overturning Dobbs certainly impossible.
Harris won’t fix everything but Trump will make everything worse and lock it in for decades.
