Wrong.

It’s the 1st, and OP is a troll.

Shapiro pick would kill Harris campaign but the pro Israel people will most likely force it down everyone throat. Netanyahu already is actively undermining Harris and that means the pro Israel dems will work against Harris. Apparently Harris was not sufficiently supportive of Netanyahu at their meeting.

The American people are too stupid to be trusted with having a say in who the major party nominees are. From this point forward, major political party "leaders" should choose their nominees without going through the silly primary election process.

The inescapable reality is Shapiro is a Jew.

Not sure what you mean by "pro-Israel". Anyone who likes Netanyahu is voting Trump. Other Jews who think Israel should exist but can't stand Netanyahu will vote democrat no matter who the VP is. I personally hope it's not Shapiro because antisemitism is so strong and awful I don't want it to be more of a focus and yes, that will mean losing some votes. I'm hoping for Kelly.

Some people are arguing that Harris became Jewish when she got married. All kind of pointless I think. And hopefully people will get tired of trying to "identify" her social circle and pay more attention to policy.

What’s the situation? He hasn’t kept his two daughters a secret.

I see Trump handled his first ex wife just fine.

Nobody cares about an acrimonious divorce twenty years ago. They've been good for a long time now.

Kelly's ex-wife just gave an interview where she said Harris was not useful as VP and would be unlikely to be useful as President. She said Kelly would be a better president than Harris and she'd prefer to see a ticket without Harris. With "friends" like that ...

Link? I can't find anything remotely like that.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13690285/Kamala-Harris-vice-president-Mark-Kelly-ex-wife-jail.html
"‘Personally, I would prefer a ticket without Kamala on it. I’d pick Mark over her. I don’t see what use she was to Joe Biden and I’m not sure she would be very useful as President. ‘I'm not a woman of color, but I just think there should be other reasons to be excited about a potential presidential candidate than their gender and their race. ‘Mark has friends on both sides of the aisle and I think he’s someone who can bridge the two sides and bring an end to all the hatred and ugliness. He would be a good Vice President or President.’"

So just a republican than still likes her ex. Meh. Her opinion on Harris is meaningless. Not sure why she thinks anyone should value her opinion on that.

She would know that her comments about Harris would not be helpful to Kelly, suggesting animosity remains.

Who cares? She is some random woman with an opinion. Does not matter.

An angry ex-wife of a VP candidate is a wildcard. Who knows what other interviews she would give during the campaign and what she would say.

Trump has two ex wives who didn’t cause a stir. It was his porn star paid lay that bad mouthed him.

OP, I've been waiting for Harris' VP announcement and nothing.

Ignore the "BREAKING NEWS" troll. This person just makes up things and tags them with BREAKING NEWS to send the forum into a spiral. They know that there are plenty of people in this forum that are sitting on terterhooks waiting for the news, so this troll likes to poke at them.

Yeah in this and other forums across social media there are posters claiming person x has been selected.
Not sure the motive.
Well know soon enough

Your post is confusing. By default, anyone who likes Netanyahu is "pro-Israel".

Now...I've been reading up on the history of how Israel was "formed" and admittedly I am far from an expert on it...but this conflict has been going on for many decades for a reason -- it was born of multiple complexities that to this day are still complex. And this isn't the right forum for this comment...but I don't understand why (and this actually started before WW2) anyone thought it was a good idea to give a religious group any land or country solely based on religion? Why wasn't it simply set up like the Vatican? Of course, it doesn't really matter now because what's done is done...I am just trying to better understand it and reading up on it as best I can.

One of them caused a stir, accusing him of marital rape. Then some negotiations and a NDA happened, and there wasn't any further talk.
