| The principal should be getting along with the magnet coordinator who is key in quality of magnet. |
He lives in Frederick County. That would be a long commute. |
… that is true. But when they are leading the biggest HS in the state, they can’t just learn magnet and other programs on the go. they need some familiarity. |
The magnet coordinator does a fine job and what principal will want to mess with success when there are a million other things to manage at Blair? |
Whoever gets the job will have to keep ALL the balls in the air. |
I don't have a name for you. Previously (but not always), the TPMS principal is queued up to go to Blair in promotion, but Deeny had a good opportunity at RM, so she took it. I guess the current TPMS principal has not been there very long so not ready to move yet. |
| Have any of the current Blair APs applied? |
| If the meeting is June 11 this has been decided already. |
Has the Blair community been told the new principal will be appointed on the 11th? |
| Could be June 25 too I suppose. Either way it's probably a done deal, regardless of who they plan to hire. |
Does he treat his colleagues poorly? He seems like a good principal, but I only see one side. |
That is correct; his teachers see another side. |
… any concrete examples instead of hearsay? |
wow. I had no idea. |
Hearsay is all you'll get here. |
