It’s a tummy tuck/ mommy makeover people.
She’s ready to ditch the corset. |
That was in reference to Charles operation. |
Not at all when it’s caused by an autoimmune disorder. I know two people who got them in their twenties. |
If I were a celebrity or royalty, I’d just tell everyone what was going on rather than fuel speculation.
Crohns and digestive issues aren’t embarrassing. She might have a colorectal abscess or some such that warranted colon surgery, which usually requires hospitalization for a week. But this lengthy hospitalization seems more involved… Even damage from an eating disorder could be explained away (severe reflux, crohns, whatever). Unless they are projecting a fake release date knowing full well she will quietly be released sooner (and hopefully without media waiting on the doorstep). |
I'm not a fan but this is quite sad. No matter how rich or powerful you are health is a lot of luck. I do wonder if this is years of restricted eating and overexercise catching up to her. If so I hope she gets the support she needs. I feel sorry for her kids, it must be scary to see your mom hospitalized like that. |
I’ve long thought she probably has some sort of digestive problem like IbS or colitis or celiac. With the extreme nausea she had with her pregnancies she may also have esophageal damage.
I can’t imagine this is plastic surgery. When people like her eat plastic surgery there is no press release. They would set up an operating room in one of their houses and have an anesthesiologist etc brought in, or do it as a very discrete outpatient where no one knows where she is for the day, and then she gets covid or the flu to stay in for a while. |
That’s what weird about it. The palace is forthcoming about Charles enlarged prostate, but secretive about whatever abdominal issues Kate is dealing with? The palace was specific when she was ill with hyperemisis gravidarum early in her pregnancies. It’s strange they wouldn’t just say if she had a long term thing like crohns, which is what makes me wonder if it’s something else, possibly related to damage from disordered eating. |
No. Ulcerative Collitis and Crohn's can happen to people much younger than her. |
I wonder about this, also. |
I had Crohn’s surgery and was in the hospital for about 8 days and then could barely do anything after. I needed to be in the hospital and could not have gone home any earlier even if I had lots of help., |
I don't think you can say that. Even celebrities have the right to privacy. |
Complications from an eating disorder is my guess. They wouldn’t be so cagey about routine procedures. |
Very true. I was sent home only 2 days after a cesarean with two preemies. My mother, in contrast, had a week in the hospital with normal delivery. |
I remember some excuse from a publicity release years ago explaining that she wouldn’t try foods on walkabouts so she wouldn’t make a face. I immediately thought of some dietary restriction, such as Crohn’s . Poor woman. Whatever it is, I feel for her. |
