If the drop was solely due to residency fraud we would see it in the other schools at least a little bit. The real reason is probably a combination of the address confirmation and something else - maybe fewer Montessori/Immersion kids or people displaced by redevelopment?

Wrong. People think they can blend in better at certain schools.

At a minimum, you would expect to see a drop at Kenmore as well, there's no drop.

We also don’t know if these gains would have been greater if not for those caught in residency fraud. Kenmore’s gain was only 9 students—who knows if it would have been much more.

Plus, kenmore sees several transfers for the arts program.
