The Ward 3 election results are the gift that won’t stop giving.

First, we had Queen NIMBY of the Palisades declaring Eric the winner on the Palisades listserve based on the first tranche of results, which were already well out of date by the time she sent her message.

Second, we had the results themselves. Well-loved community hero beats the shady dark money corporate guy.

Third, Eric goes bananas on Twitter.

How do you know the people who are raising Goulet's classless tweets are Frumin supporters? You realize this is an anonymous forum, right?

That’s a pretty shallow argument. However, the options are limited so then you’re a bunch of classless Finley supporters instead? The easiest thing to do is to stop being classless if you don’t want your behavior to tarnish your favored candidate.

No, not at all. I don’t know all the details about the listservs, but the attacks claiming racism were way beyond the pale and deserve to be called out.

The three people of color in the race said it was racist. You are the only one who is saying it wasn't.

Maybe now that the campaign is over, the Board of Trade will be willing to release the full video of what was said, in context. It was horrible.

It isn't a shallow argument. It is the truth. Goulet supporters are ascribing some nasty and ill-placed ire on Frumin (and his supporters) - there is nothing Frumin or his supporters have said or posted on listservs that are objectionable. Yet somehow and for some reason, you and Mr. Goulet on Twitter, are all wound up on this.

Maybe look in the mirror.
