This went beyond being a jerk. The threw a drink at them, refused to leave (at that point trespassing) and tried to enter their work area.

Good employees don't talk back to belligerent white customers or belligerent POC customers. Managers are the ones who deal with belligerent customers (although it's possible that one of those teenagers was the manager, given current staffing issues).

Mt DC1 has a peanut allergy and he's full of BS. One needs to eat them. Looking ar them, having them around, smelling them is safe. I don't take my DC1 to 5 guys if I'm super worried. And he also looks like s*** for 48 and he will definitely get canned and not get hired again. I worked in IB before ar a big bank.

No. The parents almost killed the child. You do not buy things from other kitchens than your own for a kid with anaphylactic allergies, let alone from a place that uses peanut butter as a regular daily ingredient. Whether they put PB in the smoothie or not, the cross contamination could kill the child.

Kid was NOT taken to the hospital though he may have been after this video to get a visit on record. He said almost went to the hospital which may even have been an exaggeration.
