Probably varies a bit by state, but I happen to be familiar with Indiana's law. I doubt it's too much different than elsewhere. The answer is "no." The autopsies themselves are confidential. Generally, family members and law enforcement can get their hands on the details, but the details are off limits to others.

He could have just tripped. My friend posted on FB that her dad slipped on ice and hit his head, refused to go to the doctor, then two days later, he couldn’t keep his balance. Her mom took him to the ER and blood was pooling between his brain and his skull - they had to cut a door into his skull to drain it off and repair the broken blood vessels.
