What’s the most condescending work compliment you’ve received?

Not a compliment but I was in a management training program where you talked to others a lot. This one man started giving me advice and explaining the ins and outs of middle management, "what you will find is, etc." I was so surprised I said nothing, surprised because this was training for upper management only. I remember thinking, wow, this is real mansplaining! I'm seeing it in action.
