| It doesn’t sound special, but it will be easy to spell, easy to pronounce. I’d go with a more feminine middle name to give her options. |

I love it!
Full disclosure: my DD’s are named Susan/Susie and Theresa/Terry so I love that era of names. |
| It's awful. Not quite as bad as Sharon, but still pretty bad. If someone introduced their baby to me as Paula, I would resist the urge to ask "Why? Were you angry at your baby?" |
|
Hate!
Paulina and Pauline are much better. |
| Love. But I guess Paulina would be better/more palatable. |
I love the name Sharon! It’s my deceased mother’s name. |
+1. Or Olivia. |
|
I prefer Paulina or Polly.
I know some women named Paula who are great and have good associations. But it just doesn’t sound right fit a baby, sorry. It makes me think of Paula Pell, who is glorious and hilarious, but sort of the opposite of a baby? Not a bad name, just not right for a baby. |
| Love it! |
Luckily she’ll only be a baby for a year.

| Fat girl |
DP. I feel sorry for Sophias, Olivias and Paulas. |
I hate when people try to use that (deceased loved one) as a reason to love a name.. My beloved grandmother's name was Helen. I hate that name despite loving the person who had the name. |
Some names should be retired from use. Bertha, Susan, Matha, Gertrude, Edith, Barbara, Sharon and Paula are all on that list. |
