Settle this debate: PJs in hotel breakfast area

Kids? Fine.

Adults? Sweats and a t-shirt are fine. A nightshirt? No.

I’m trashy because I would let my kid do it, prepandemic when we did that kind of thing. And I would too, but I sleep in athleisure type clothes is I look like all the moms who are dressed.

I think it’s kinda trashy but I would never dream of saying anything and probably wouldn’t have an extreme reaction to it. Just like… a mild reaction.

Same here. I would probably just think to myself that I was observing a family that had even lower standards than mine. Would probably make me feel a bit pleased, now that I think about it.

I mean if you are at the Residence Inn I see it all the time. My family does not do that. We get dressed when we leave our hotel room. These days athleisure really provides a stopgap if you don’t want to get fully dressed. No excuses.

The good thing is whatever your Dh and kids do, you will never see any of these people again!
