I absolutely love BodyLove Mamas: https://bodylove-mamas.com/
I did her classes all through pregnancy (she has special classes for each trimester) and also her postnatal. and then "strong mama" classes now that I'm 7 months postnatal. I had my first baby at 44 and assumed I'd be more at risk for various issues, but I had a super easy pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. I could just be lucky, but I believe consistently doing these classes made a difference. I was examined by a pelvic floor PT at 7 weeks and she said I was in great shape. These classes were one of the best things I've done for myself, so I wanted to share with anyone who might be intersted/benefit. |
| I like MamasteFit, you can follow on instagram to get an idea |

I really like Ashley Keller with GlowbodyPT: https://www.glowbodypt.com/about-your-trainer

| I run and walk to lose the weight and get back in shape. Someday I'll have time to do yoga and weight training again, but for now my lifting is restricted to my children, bikes/scooters, groceries, and amazon boxes. |
+1 for MuTu at some point I started doing other workouts too but following the basic program really helped me with the pelvic floor and core issues. |
+1 I also follow her on IG and she’s great. Very supportive. |
+1. I joined Fit4Mom to get the in person experience, and it worked for me when I had some decent semblance of a core again. But not all the instructors are equal in their knowledge of handling pelvic floor issues. I’m sure that varies widely by franchise. |
Oops- I’m this PP and I first meant to add that Mutu was great for restoring core/pelvic strength before adding other workouts (like Fit4Mom). |
