hmm. I guess they will rent a house in NW? |
‘Soon’ could be two years from now when you have to line up surrogates, fertility doctors, and go through multiple cycles plus interviews. They’ll be in DC - probably walkable. |
| Dupont or Logan would be my guess. |
Yeah, I agree that they're not crunchy. And they are from the mid West. I think Navy Yard, Rosslyn/Clarendon or Tysons. |
I just read about the dogs. That changes my votes to Vienna or even Springfield. If they want to have dogs and kids then they'll want a house with space. It would also make working for FCPS an easy choice as the following spouse. |
| They're not living in Tyson's, lmao. |
| I can't imagine them in NoVA. At all. They strike me as Cleveland Park or Glover Park types. Maybe Cap Hill. |
Yeah, the new Secretary of Transportation is going to sit in the soul-killing traffic from Springfield. Gimme a break. |
Now THIS made me laugh out loud so hard!! |
| I mean, DOT is IN Navy Yard. Maybe a condo there? Or maybe a Capitol Hill row house. I'm sure he's making some money on speaking fees (or did?) |
I could see Rosslyn or Pentagon/Crystal City, but not any deeper into VA that that. If I were them I'd rent a place in Dupont or Logan Circle to start and then move later as needed if the kid thing materializes. |

100% Capitol Hill, or a condo in Kalorama. Maybe Georgetown.
They are the least gay of gays. Stop assuming they want a gayborhood. They (specifically Pete), want power and prestige. |
he’s written two books, maybe gotten some speaking fees since he dropped out of race. |
Secretary Pete, please move to Capitol Hill and take non-car transit to work. That would be so cool!!! Walk, scooter, bike ... |
| Capitol Hill. However, if they’re serious about wanting more space and maybe to be around more former military families, I could see them in Virginia in Arlington or Vienna. |
