Dog haters and germaphobes

Maybe it is less conservativeness that I am picking up on, and more just ANXIETY. Anxiety over germs, the unpredictable, “bad people”

I’m sorry, OP. But your post is flat out embarrassing. You should really try to get out in the world and meet people. Your lack of critical thinking skills, impulsivity, and fascination to pair certain human traits to political parties shows how far gone you really are. Calculate up all the hours in a day that you consume social media and cut that by half. Your quality of life will increase very quickly.

This is dumb, OP. You realize that most hunters and farmers are conservative? Do you think they don't spend most of their time outside around animals? Good grief.

To reiterate, I take back the tie in with conservative values, after thinking about it some more. I think there may be a connection to anxiety however. And yeah I realize this is all silly nonsense.

I’m not really judging. If anything, I’m a little bit like this too, or at least used to be. I didn’t used to like dogs. I was a bit of a germaphobe. And I wasn’t really into nature. And I used to travel very “traditionally”. But I think I was a bit sheltered and inexperienced and nervous to go out of my comfort zone.

When I originally said conservative, I didn’t mean in a political sense. More along the lines of being prudish or being afraid of things that are too different from what you grew up with.

Ummm.. so first you very weirdly call out human beings with conservatives views by claiming they seem to have an aversion to dogs and nature, and have issues with anxiety. And then .. you say “nevermind” this was me a few years ago? Alrighty. Somebody seems bored.

Lies. You just thought you would get away with it here. But okay! If you haven’t realized by now, there are people on BOTH sides of the political parties that are over the ridiculous attacks and the pettiness.

Really? Seems like dog haters tend to be liberal women. Conservatives love dogs.

This is coming from a moderate/liberal leaning woman married to a germaphobe dog living conservative.

Op, None of the traits have any correlation.
Germaphobe, liking dogs and nature, conservativeness and now you add in anxiety and traditional travel.

I know many people who are on opposite ends of spectrum in all of those.....not a dog person and love nature; love dogs and have high anxiety; love to travel and liberal.

your critical thinking skills are way off. What’s the point of this thread?

You seem not too open minded.,

Haha I love how op mentioned conservative views in the original post. Walked back on it once people called him/her out on it. And then proceeded to say that “I wasn’t even talking about conservative political views to begin with”.

* just a disclaimer that not all Democrats are this close minded. Most of us are normal people who do not judge people based on these silly things.

I love all dogs. Well behaved, poorly behaved love them all. I also love cats even more than dogs. I don't trust people who don't like animals. There is something missing in their soul.

I’m not trying to pile on, but you got called out and now you are embarrassed. As you should be! Americans are tired of the pettiness and I wish more
People would get called out here for making the Democratic Party look like fools! You walked back, because you know deep in your heart that making these assumptions & statements were wrong and unAmerican.

I tend to think crappy dog owners and ahole cyclists share some common gene.
