My midwife had me steam and do sitz baths post partum. It felt really amazing. And yeah I can find links saying why not to do it, but most of that is as sensational as GOOP. I’ve tried it for cramps too and it helps.

A Jewish woman has convinced herself that she's responsible for introducing the masses to a discipline that people took part in before she was even born . You couldn't find a better example of a try-hard as this Gwyneth character .

Speaking of Gluten-free food, unless she has celiac disease , eating Gluten-free food is futile. However , I will giver her credit for being amongst the self-appointed medical experts , who convinced their impressionable flock to join the Gluten-free bandwagon and hence increasing sales.

Where I really started to dislike her was when she claimed her divorce wasn’t a divorce but a “conscious uncoupling.” The implication being that everyone else divorces without even thinking about it and hers is in some way superior. What an asshole.
