| I only workout max two days a week. Peloton for 45m. I think that last 15m is major fat burn mode. Otherwise I get too hungry and my body goes into bulk mode. I am active with my kids and housework, but need a lot of rest days to stay thin. I swear this is my very thin person secret! |

Riding a bike 6 days a week? Better than nothing, but that isn’t a well rounded workout.
What about your arms? Core? All the other muscles you are missing or only working out mildly? I do HIIT workouts 3 days per week. Some have weights. I do cardio Pilates 2 days per week. Some days I will do a long run instead. Basically I aim for 3 days of highly aerobic exercise, 2 days of strength training but still with aerobic element. I aim to hit my arms, core, and smaller muscles hard at least 2 days per week. Rest 2 days per week. |
| None, but I vary my workouts and some days might be lighter than others. I don't do the same kind of intensity/impact every day. |

I don't take any rest days but three days a week I'm not running or doing other high-intensity exercise. I lift weights and walk and do the stationary bike for 15 minutes, none of which are especially challenging for me.
I have a lot of energy that needs to go somewhere positive and exercise is the best way to get that out. |
Same here. I pretty much do some form of exercise every day |
| None. Run or spin daily. |
Your joints and hips will thank you. I was just reading some post in 50 and plus forum what people regret.. some said.. too much excersize
|
| Just one. I still stretch all 7 days though. |
| I run and know I should take a day off every week (getting older) but have a hard time doing so. I just bought a Peleton and plan to do that to cross train. When younger, I never took days off. |
I believe "none" was PP's answer to "How many rest days ...?" |
