| UMD is in PG County, which has the greatest infection rate in the area. . . strange choice. Of course, maybe large university setting will allow for more distancing. |

DCPS is not opening school facilities to administer the ACT. They may not open in the fall. |

| I know that there are a lot of moving parts, but ACT should at least say what the current thinking is (cancel, move locations, delay?) and a date that decision will be made. Having our kids in a holding pattern, and still doling out $ for tutoring is maddening. |
