That’s before ex-da. It’s different now....advantage Burns |

| It would make sense to expand and realign some of the conferences to limit travel. obviously a lot of bad blood amongst clubs which would hinder this from happening. |
That would be your preference perhaps, but it's clearly not in the interests of ECNL. As the quote from Laver's indicates, they are facing some real logistical issues if they grow too quickly. It seems clear that they aren't willing to compromise on the experience of the member clubs just to include all exDA clubs. With regard to realignment, looking at the map, there are lots of ways to cut it, but the MA conference is already one of the tighter packed conferences geographically. If you're going to have an elite national league, there is going to be travel involved. The RL league is much better from a travel perspective. |
Nope. This interview was post DA collapse. Lavers was referring to the DA clubs post DA. |

Looks like the Mid-Atlantic stays at 13:

And a cryptic "*as of April 20" in the upper left corner of the map:

MA may be tightly packed geography, but also a lot more population to go along with it. |
A lot of threads on here with folks complaining about traveling to NC and SC for ECNL games. But look at the the map. Mid-Atlantic seems to have lesser travel burdens than any other division. |
| Conference looks good |

4 teams surrounding Atlanta. No Tophat
6 teams surrounding DC. No FCV Conclusion: Your never to big to get whacked. |
So both those clubs are ending up in the DPL apparently. Whatever it takes to keep the allure of uber-elitism which is what those parents will pay for their kid to be a part of. To each his or her own I suppose. |
And ECNL isn’t playing the to elite card? Ok. |
ELITE Clubs National League. |
