Not sure how VDA did for the one year they played, why do you? why do you care? and how do you know the stats of VDA from what 2-3 years ago? Seem's a little obsessed that people keep bringing up VDA when no one is actually talking about them. I do know however, based on seeing the crap teams in the DA in this conference currently. Well, not.... lol because the crap DA let the league go. Most great clubs have left in the past serval years leaving most areas watered down, with the exception of the West Coast. I did my reaserch with my daughter and now we will be heading that way. I think you will be happy to know VDA is on the rise and it is my understanding that they will be the team to beat at almost every level. Make sure to tune in

Seems unlikely. In other news, Tophat confirmed with their families that they will be putting 2 teams in GAL this Fall.....that is if they don't have a mass exodus of players.

x GDA here; can anyone explain why McLean has so much variation between their 07, 06, 05 and 04 girls? Their 07 girls look decent, but their 06 girls are 0-11-2 with a -34 GD. The 05 looks fine, and even the 04 girls (who are bottom of the division) only have a -9 GD.

Is it just that 06 is a difficult year for them or is it something about how the club runs?

Years of neglect by club management to get one parent coach/director in check with a strong connection to this team. Illustrates an extreme example of favoritism and power politics within the club. Be very wary!

Arlington is very strong at 06, my guess is the girls consolidated there. Most will probably now move to McLean

Most of the 06 girls on Arlington DA are actually from Arlington-but yes, the existing McLean 06 ECNL team could easily be replaced by a quorum of Arlington players looking to make a change.
