Proud of you, OP! My portions have imperceptably been getting larger (instead of smaller) as my kids get older and eat more too. Portion control helps so much.

Ty! My kids are grown so no more junk food in the house which helps. The biggest trick for me has been avoiding restaurants as much as possible. Every time I meet a friend for lunch I swear I gain a few lbs.
