I've been ignoring this thread and finally opened it. I don't understand it or why there are responses. It's as though she opened a new topic and wrote "I am skinny." At least write AMA to kick it off.

In any case, there was some character development and the plot, while vague, moved along. Given the unlikely outcome, I'll give it 3 stars but I don't recommend.

Well to be honest I’m pushing a 25” waist now. No gyms open and I can’t seem to get motivated to do any at home workouts.

Why are all the 30-something moms so fat?

They've given up. They aren't built from the same stock us old (47+) ladies are. I'm not giving up. Honestly, it doesn't take much effort for me. I just don't eat more than I need for energy and health and I exercise every day.

OP here. I have to agree with this. My gym classes are filled with fit 40+ women who are in great shape . The younger girls in their 20s, 30s seem to be struggling the most with their weight . I’ve even tried motivating these youngsters by encouraging them to meet me at the gym but most fall by the waist side. No pun intended.

The phrase is actually “by the wayside.” Sounds like you lost a few inches from your brain as well.

30 years old here, always between 24.5-26 inch waist, depending on the time of the month and what I ate that day...
some friends think I'm thin as a rail, but I think Americans have gotten used t everyone being fat. I'm just a regular in-shape person without excess fat in the wrong places.

24 inches on someone with wide hips looks tiny. On other people it doesn't, especially Asian women with a small frame.

How did you do it op? Waist training? Lipo?

Genetics! I’ve always had a tiny waist just like my mom. Funny when I was young I envied the skinny girls with no curves.

Ever figure it out?

You should post your updated measurements while you're at it. We know you track them every single day.

I used to have a 24 inch waist too. Now perhaps it’s 26, decades later? Haven’t checked in a while...

I'm going to search for my tape measure. It might be with my sewing stuff. Where, exactly, do you measure your waist? At the belly button? At the narrowest part? Can I suck in my belly? What are the rules?

Funny my tape measure was in my sewing box.. Measure where the crease is when you lean to the side. Usually smallest part of waist.

Which crease should I use?
