Really good iced coffee with a splash of whole milk or half and half. Its a great treat in the afternoon during the summer!

Small, low-calorie dessert after dinner every night makes me feel like I'm not depriving myself and also makes me eat a much smaller dinner. Low fat plain yogurt with a few berries and drizzle of agave. 4 apple slices with 1 tsp almond butter. Fast for 16 hours so less time to eat!
