Tea all the way. Especially if I prepare it with lemons and honey or add a slice of fresh ginger.

I'm trying out super hot tea - no sugar. Tazo Passion fruit tea needs nothing extra and seems to be helping to curb my appetite.

I love broth, in the morning, afternoon, anytime really. I simmer some with garlic and onion and keep it in a large mason jar in the fridge. Pour myself a cup, heat it up and enjoy! Can push off a meal, settle my stomach, satisfy a salty craving.

Nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, apples, baby carrots, Greek yogurt, bacon, eggs, real butter, Dasani water (yes I know it’s tap water but I like the taste.

Conversely Pasta and breads usually make me overeat the worst.

Nothing works for me other than brushing my teeth and rinsing with Listerine.

Nothing tastes very good after that.

A slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter and coffee.

Slices of red pepper and a small piece of cheese.

OP, you might also want to figure it out the other way - what foods trigger your appetite? For me, it turns out that any sugar substitute ends up making me crave food all day. If I have a diet coke, that will mess me up all afternoon. I've learned to avoid things like that that trigger an appetite.
