| I love broth, in the morning, afternoon, anytime really. I simmer some with garlic and onion and keep it in a large mason jar in the fridge. Pour myself a cup, heat it up and enjoy! Can push off a meal, settle my stomach, satisfy a salty craving. |

Nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, apples, baby carrots, Greek yogurt, bacon, eggs, real butter, Dasani water (yes I know it’s tap water but I like the taste.
Conversely Pasta and breads usually make me overeat the worst. |

OP, you might also want to figure it out the other way - what foods trigger your appetite? For me, it turns out that any sugar substitute ends up making me crave food all day. If I have a diet coke, that will mess me up all afternoon. I've learned to avoid things like that that trigger an appetite. |
