+1 to this. Jamie is nice, but Maureen is the best nurse there so def ask for her.

I'm also with Jaime; DH and I just completed our final diagnostic testing today and have our regroup scheduled for next week. Today's appointment was the first time we saw anything off-putting and that was at the front desk. Lots of the staff were congregated and *goofing off* while there were patients in the waiting area. It was just weird. We're with Dr. Payson.

Does anyone have any recent experience with him? if so, were you successful?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant after working with Dr. Payson and Jaime.

I loved that I saw Dr. Payson for every monitoring appointment and then once pregnant, every ultrasound. I felt like they really knew my case and were invested. Dr. Payson also called me when I hit some curveballs in the process and helped me talk through options. It was like night and day compared to my experience at SGF where after a miscarriage I was told I'd need to wait a month to see my doctor.

I've had a lot of IVF nurses in this journey and Jaime was definitely one of the better ones. I felt like she was good about answering the things she knew, but then connecting me with Dr. Payson for things that were above her expertise. My only real issue was an insurance billing issue, but they ultimately escalated it to their head office and they helped me file an appeal.

Congratulations! Can you share your treatment plan?

Slightly low AMH, slightly low Morphology for DH. Did two rounds with CCRM back to back and got 3 normal embryos (out of 4 that made it). First FET was successful.

38. Did two NCIVF cycles before and one stim cycle abroad. None of those worked.

Cycle 1
13 eggs retrieved
11 mature
8 fertilized
2 made it
1 normal

Cycle 2
9 eggs retrieved
6 mature
Can’t remember how many fertilized
2 made it
2 normal

This is amazing. Did you cycle anywhere else first? I’m at GW and can never get any normals. Wondering if I need to switch to CCRM

Patient of Dr. Payson and Jamie is my nurse. She's nice but disorganized, costing us a few hundred dollars in the process (some info wasn't sent to my insurance after I left three voicemails in the morning and early afternoon). She called me in the evening and hadn't heard my voicemails. I want to see if switching nurses before starting stims is possible.

I felt Jaime was disorganized as well and felt a little too green. I switched to Maureen and have been really happy.
