I had my Shutterfly order come 2 days early! BUT I have had several returns to other vendors (Zara, jcrew, Patagonia) got lost in the abyss of both UPS and USPS centers. I have on package that just stopped tracking in Greensboro 15 days ago, when USPS handed it over to UPS. FML!

I made a huge mistake and had my cards shipped to my old address which is far away, and while I did have to hold a long time on the phone, they re-did my whole order and expedited the shipping. So maybe try calling at a different time of day? I'm sure they would help. Especially if you say that next year you'll use a different company.

Still waiting for mine from Shutterfly. I’m also going elsewhere next year. I placed the order on Dec 7 and was supposed to have them by last Friday.

Not Shutterfly, but I had an order sit at the post office for 5 days after it was transferred to USPS. USPS is the problem.

Not Shutterfly’s fault. I will say that I’ve seen mail carriers out all day and evening these last few weeks. They are working hard!

This is OP and I contacted them via email (they never called me back even though they offered “call back service” when I was looking at a 73 minute hold). They are refunding my order, because they don’t know where it is. It may come today, but if not, they won’t make it for Christmas.

Contact them and maybe they’ll refund your order too.

It’s their fault if they guarantee a shipping window and they don’t meet that. They choose their logistics companies, I don’t!

I had a Black Friday order that just arrived Monday (tracking showed them in DC a week before that but then nothing....) and we are still missing one item. I emailed support and they didn't get back to me until 3 days later. They still haven't replied to my response about the missing item. I've had good service with them in the past (several years of photo books, etc.) but this season they aren't doing well.

When that happened to me Shutterfly overnights my order, comped it and game me a free photo book. They don't control the shipping delays but they do try to make things right.

They've made changes and now I have a hard time navigating my photos. It used to be much easier.
