I used Tiny Prints, now owned by SF. The quality and Customer Service for them has gone down remarkably, imo.
I paid for expedited shipping, as well. Didn't receive them. Emailed first (given the long wait time on the phone). Got a response saying they would cancel my order in order to make the requested "changes" to the cards. So had to deal with that (explaining that there are no changes, just the shipping they promised.) Asked for a refund with no response. So then I called. Similar inability to understand that the issue was with shipping, not the card itself. Was told to expect the packed that day and the rep would call to confirm receipt. Neither happened. Finally got the cards (and they are fine). About a week later, my shipping was refunded. |
