I eat watermelon at night in the summer. It is filling (although I do have to get up at night to pee). |

| No tips. As I get older I seem to get thinner. I was pudgy in teens and twenties. Now I’m thin. |
| I eat whatever I want but have a relatively healthy diet. I am short, 4'11", but I work out hard, 2-3 hrs, 4-5 days a week: run around 25-30 miles a wk, strength train and do yoga. I have an hourglass figure, 36C-26-36. |
Look at their pictures from when they are your age now. BUT. You (somewhat) control your own destiny. Good luck. |
Me, too. But there is still time to get pudgy again. |

Active lifestyle, eat what I want but keep control of portions, avoid the endless snacking many Americans seem to do, don't drink much. Make sure you're lifting weights. |
| Very simple: starve and exercise |
Celery or mushrooms |
Oh, there’s no shortage of women who have given up caring how fat they look. You’re not victimized by fat men. American women look just as ridiculous to foreigners. |

Exercise: aerobically 60 minutes at least 5 time a week minimum, plus weights
Eating: Eat (1500-1800 calories a day)- I call it the almost free life- almost sugar free, almost alcohol free, almost caffeine free, almost grain free no added sweeteners (fake or natural), no msg, no gluten, no grains except oatmeal and on occasion brown rice, no alcohol, lots of leafy greens and cruciferous veggies (carrots and beets don't count- too much sugar), dairy is moderate amount of cheese and unsweetened yogurt, grass fed red meat, lots of fish, eggs (cage free with access to greens and bugs), mushrooms, tree nuts, avoid corn in all of its forms, something fermented- like real pickles or sauerkraut or kimchi, olive oil, wild blueberries and other berries are my main fruits, lemon juice to prevent kidney stones and unsweetened cranberry juice to prevent UTIs, cocoa power, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary, oregano, cilantro, mint, Himalayan sea salt, sage, herb teas, the herbs are fresh from garden. But I am not slender and never have been. I am 53 and in the best shape of my life. Most of my diet is to combat inflammation and migraines. |
I will add that I am the same weight I was when I got engaged 24 years ago. |
| Very few sweets. Very little alcohol. Pescatarian diet. Walking and some light resistance training. |

I am 50, 5'5, and 116 pounds. Exactly the same weight today as I was when I was 16. I gained when I had my babies, but other than that, my weight hasn't fluctuaed much. I eat whatever I want. I have never dieted. I love sweets and carbs and couldn't possibly care less about calories.
I stay slim because I don't overeat and because I am very, very active. I am in tune with what my body needs. Sometimes it needs an apple. This morning it needed Belgium Waffles with whipped cream. I'll be active enough today that it won't matter what I ate this morning. It's simple math - If you burn off more than you take it, you won't be fat. |

I eat the same breakfast every morning (a small plain bagel) with black coffee. That's all.
I run two miles every other day and try to break 10,000 steps on my Fitbit on the other days (three walk/runs a day with my dog helps with that a lot). I have a small glass of red wine while making dinner (it keeps cholesterol low). I let myself have a small dessert after dinner (a few Oreos, or something like that) because I don't believe in denying myself. I rarely eat red meat. Maybe once every three months. Mostly chicken. I don't make casseroles or gravy, and I read labels for sodium and saturated fat content. 5'2" 117 lbs. |
