Op here. Us Pakistani women are gorgeous but aesthetically we overdo it a lot. We usually wear heavy makeup and high end clothes and bags. That's my usual go to look. However I really like the clean polished look some white women have. Hence my asking the question.

Perhaps try to emulate Amal Clooney rather than white waspy women?

Why? Amal is beautiful and dresses well, but her fashion aesthetic isn't what OP is going for.
