My stomach doesn't wake up until late in the day. It's been like this all my life. I may possibly consume 500 calories per day, but I'm not sure. I also can't eat when I'm stressed or upset. My stomach shuts down completely then. I tend to eat later at night, that's when I get hungry.

Breakfast:
Protein shake after the workout
Oatmeal or grits w/ chia seeds
Greek yogurt w/ raspberries and blueberries

Lunch:
leftovers from dinner or a microwave meal w/ grape tomatoes and steamed broccoli mixed in for extra veggies. Basically something with some carbs (pasta, rice, bread), some protein (usually chicken or shrimp) and veggies.

Dinner:
could be anything, but similar to lunch - a mix of carbs, protein and veggies. Lunch and dinner are typically about 500 calories, maybe a bit more at dinner.

Snacks:
I might have some crackers/cheese, a turkey/swiss rollup and/or carrots dipped in guac or hummus. But not always.

Dessert and/or wine - yes. Usually.

I eat a lot, probably 2,500 calories/day but I work out daily and burn 500-800 calories thru exercise, depending on the day. I could stand to lose a few pounds but I'm mostly ok with my body.

I add a little chopped celery, hot sauce, and dijon mustard to mine. If you like tuna melts and are gluten free and/or trying a keto diet, they are so delicious!

I'm not keto or gluten free, but generally try to eat a high-protein diet and haven't tried these yet. Thanks!

Two fried eggs with one slice of whole wheat toast OR old fashioned oatmeal with peanut butter or Greek yogurt, depending on day.

Some kind of wrap or salad, protein based. Chicken, turkey, sometimes swiss or hummus, tuna.

Dinner is soup, or pork tenderloin and veggies, or turkey burgers, or whole wheat pasta, etc. Something the kids will eat, as well as the adults.

I snack before and after working out but very small amounts, like ten almonds or a half cup of low-fat Greek yogurt. I also have a treat 3-5 times a week after dinner, maybe one cookie, or a few squares of chocolate, something that is one serving and finite.

I work out a lot, and fitness is one of my hobbies so I stay thin without worrying too much but I do also diet off any extra weight when necessary
