Are you doing some sort of fasting program?

Mostly plant based.

3-4 servings of fruit, probably 4 servings of vegetables in some kind of giant salad or soup/stew, for dinner. Some nuts, tortilla chips and salsa, and a whole lot of chocolate. Probably around 2000 calories on a low day, 2500 on a high day.

I have struggled with my weight, but now lead a very active lifestyle, so I can eat aplenty.

No breakfast, just black coffee until lunch. Then big salad. Maybe some fruit for a snack. Then I think for dinner tonight I will have either tuna steak or rice/veggie combo. Piece of chocolate for dessert (small piece).

Breakfast - Toast with egg. clementines, warm milk with turmeric.

snack - warm butter milk with spices and herbs.

lunch - Rice dosa with paneer-tomato-onion stuffing, veggi salad

snack - herbal tea, cashews and raisins.

snack - hot veggie soup with tons of herbs and spices

Dinner - chicken keema, millet and veggi pilaf, cilantro sauce.

post dinner - warm herbal drink.

I eat very well and I have been losing weight. I spend around an hour cooking every day in the morning.

Protein shake for breakfast. Usually some kind of pasta for lunch, sometimes lunch with my colleagues (Mexican or Asian food), dinner is usually a little lighter like a bagel, pierogies, fish, or soup. My snacks are ice cream or a mini ice cream cone, cookies or wafers, sometimes pudding or a cheese stick.

I’m 38 and I eat like a 5 year old. I know this. I am in excellent health, though, so why change.

So far today-
Breakfast- coffee
Snack - hard boiled egg
Lunch - salad with spinach, peppers, carrots, tomatoes, mozz cheese, a little evoo & lemon juice, and a very small piece of French bread
Snack - coffee & a thin mint

I have been really struggling to lose the last 5-10lbs of baby weight (youngest is 2!). I started doing this ‘diet’ last week and have lost 3lbs. I eat whatever I want for dinner, but try to eat it before 6:30pm or so.
