Not kidding - Weird Al Yankovic.
He puts on an absolutely amazing show. Costume changes for every song - major ones too, like the entire fat-MJ getup for "Fat," with skits and video montages to keep you entertained while he is backstage. Incredible energy, and he involves the crowd with many of the songs. It's a really long show too, 3+ hours with no opening act. If you ever get the chance to see him, I highly recommend it. |
| M83, definitely. |

Prince hands down (I still miss that man )
Was this her Drowned World tour? That was my first Madonna concert, I really enjoyed it - much more than the one I attended after her SuperBowl performance. What didn't you like about it? |

Bruce.
Every time. |
So pissed that I never got to see him |

Dire Straits was amazing.
Bob Dylan was horrible. His voice sounded like Donald Duck. Terrible! |
They're playing the Fillmore Silver Spring on Sun. 8/13 |
| James Taylor with Carole King. It was awesome! |

Prince.... I've been to several they were all awesome! I am partial to his last concert in Atlanta (for obvious reasons).
Beyonce... What an amazing high energy show. Maxwell... Damn, that man can sing. |
| This is a really really hard one but if I'd have to pick one person I'd say Prince. I saw him twice but one time I saw him at this club in SW DC called The Capitol Ballroom (later changed it's name to Nation). It's not there anymore but anyone remember it? Anyway, it was Prince and he had Doug E Fresh with him and Larry Graham. It was small and intimate and absolutely amazing. |

Small clubs are the best place to see a performer. Very lucky you got to see Prince there! I saw an 80s hair band lead singer in a small club (Sebastian Bach) and it was one of the best shows I've been to, which sounds ridiculous but true. The closeness and intimacy and powerful music can't be beat. |
