The boyfriend thing irritated me as did her wandering ways. She's supposed to be 32 not 22 or even 25. She came across as a selfish flake as did her mom. I honestly only kept watching for Emily. I loved Emily's development. |

I've only seen the first episode, but am wondering whose plastic surgery PPs are referring to. Lauren Graham looks different because she's ten years older - I know I look fuller and puffier than I did ten years ago and I'm about her age. Has she really had surgery? For what?
Kelly Bishop has noticeably had a face lift, or maybe just the eyes, and she looks tiny. She looks much more frail and "elderly." I guess this is what happens - we all age. I didn't find the first episode all that funny - maybe one or two really good lines. Too much of the constant back and forth that really used to annoy me in the old series. "Neil Patrick Harris??" That went on forever. Also, Luke and Lorelai are just now getting around to discussing kids? At almost 5o? Give me a break. I thought they'd be married with a couple of kids at the beginning of this reboot. |

It was weird for Luke and Lorelei to only just now start discussing kids.
Rory is 32 so that makes Lorelei at least 48, Luke seems to be of a similar age. The whole thing is just bizarre. No one puts off talking about kids until it's biologically impossible to have them. There's quirky and then there's delusional. |

| Jess came back for one quick scene in the 3rd episode. Haven't watched the last episode yet. The 3rd episode is pretty bad though. The whole musical scene was just so long and boring. I also can't believe no one calls Rory out for being involved with a man who is cheating on his fiancée. She has no morals or values. |

Yeah when Rory tells her mom about Logan I was surprised she didn't call her out on it. Especially after she gave her such a hard time for sleeping with Dean when he was married. After finding out Rory is pregnant I think they are setting up Logan to be the next Christopher and Jess to be the next Luke. |

| I was bored. Maybe I just out-grew the show but I was disappointed. Lauren Graham does look puffy and awful but her character was on point. Rory seemed like a totally different character. I am bummed. |

| I was really disappointed. A few great lines, but mostly just boring. Rory's aimlessness would have been cute in her 20s, not her 30s. Ditto the PP about Luke and Lorelai's discussion of children. Paris was kind of hilarious. I hated the ending. |
