| It wasn't taught in our DCPS PK4 last year and I don't think it's being taught this year in K as far as I am aware. |
| Yes, my kids learned it in pre-k, which was at a Catholic school |
| I went to private schools my whole life and never had to say it nor learned it. My kids are in public and have said it everyday since K. |
| Yes, they both learned it in elementary school. |
| It is said at our MCPS elementary school every morning. |
| Another poster whose kids don't know it and don't know there is a pledge. Not important to our family. |
| APS here and they say it every morning |
| Learned it in private preschool and now say it everyday in public. Can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't them learning it. |
Then why don't you f g move out of this country asshole. |
And you and your family are not important to us. Go away. |
Me too!! Don't your kids do the pledge of allegiance every morning? |
| 3rd grader doesn't know It, my middle schooler doesn't even know it. I assumed this wasn't being taught anywhere but the south. |
| Of course! They said it every morning from preschool through high school. My youngest is in middle school. They say it before the morning announcements. I would pull him from any school that didn't. |
fascinating! we're in California and have been in various public and private schools, and each have done it. |
| Just checked with DD. She knows it but learned it through Girl Scouts, not school. |
