After a long and varied pre-marriage sex life, I've come to a sad conclusion that bad lovers aren't trainable. I mean, you can probably teach them a few tricks and with luck, they will become a little better, but they will never be as good as a naturally good lover. The biggest red flag is the ones who ask women to "teach them". Unless you are a 16 year old virgin, if you have not figured out how to get your partner off.. sorry. You are a lost cause. That is up to you to figure out. And if you haven't... you either don't care or you aren't good in bed. Thems the breaks.
