This is a great entry level price for AU Park.
Especially for move in ready. Landscaping looks lovely even though it is a small lot.
Priced to move quickly I guess.

Some people like to see what's going on in the neighborhood. Obviously houses are going fast so there are plenty of interested parties out there. The thread is clearly labeled as AU Park and DC, so don't click if you don't want to read about it. Pretty easy solution.....
